No. Start free and pay monthly. One payment covers 30 days, and nothing renews automatically. Enterprise is the only plan with a contract.
Each plan includes a number of responses for every 30 days. Every response counts, including Quick Feedback answers, votes and offline interviews. When you reach the limit, new responses pause until your next 30 days begin, or until you move up a plan.
You set a budget for each approved answer and how many people you need. The cost summary shows what each person receives, and the total, before you pay. People screened out earn nothing and do not count toward your plan’s responses. A rejected answer earns nothing, and unspent rewards return to your organisation’s wallet when the study ends.
No. You set and fund each study’s rewards when you launch it. The reward each person sees is the reward they receive, and our share comes out of your budget, never on top.
A rejected answer earns no reward. Its reward stays in your study for the next approved answer, and anything unspent returns to your organisation’s wallet when the study ends. It still counts toward your plan’s monthly responses.
Plans: by card, bank transfer or USSD at checkout, or by invoice. Study rewards: add funds to your organisation’s wallet by card or stablecoin. You see the exact amount and the currency before you pay. If that is not your card’s currency, your bank may add a conversion fee.
Yes. Change plan from Plan and billing in your dashboard. A new plan starts as soon as payment is confirmed, with a fresh 30 days. Days left on your current plan are not carried over. To stop, simply do not pay again.
Your organisation moves to the Free plan’s limits. Your studies and data stay.

Yes. Universities, schools, students and registered non-profits get 30% off plans, after a quick check. It lasts twelve months, and rewards are not discounted. Ask from Plan and billing in your dashboard.
Surdatics keeps a share of each sale. When the data was collected here, the people whose answers are in it share in the sale too, if they agreed to resale. Until checkout opens, prices are on request.
